To all members,
According to the agreement entered into between China Beijing International Mining Exchange Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as CBMX) and Beijing Iron Ore Trading Center Corporation (hereinafter referred to as COREX), China Iron Ore Spot Trading Platform owned and operated by CBMX will be transferred to COREX.
After the transfer, COREX will continue operating the China Iron Ore Spot Trading Platform previously operated by CBMX. CBMX shall assist its members to transfer their membership to COREX. The period of membership transfer is from September 1, 2014 to November 30, 2014. The membership is admitted by CBMX and COREX during the period and the regulations on Iron Ore Spot Trading of CBMX would be applicable to COREX temporarily. The members’ offer, bid and deal on China Iron Ore Spot Trading System are effective.
