《北京鐵礦石交易中心鐵礦石現貨交易規則（試行）》及相關規定（統稱《交易規則》，具體文件詳見“北京鐵礦石交易中心鐵礦石現貨交易規則清單”）正式發布，會員可登陸北京鐵礦石交易中心（簡稱“北鐵中心”）網站（m.hldby.com.cn）查閱。《交易規則》于2015年3月1日生效。
會員及其從業人員在北鐵中心進行鐵礦石現貨交易，必須遵守中國有關法律、法規、規章和《交易規則》。《交易規則》提供中文和英文版本，兩種語言具有同等效力。如果兩種語言文本之間存在不一致，應以中文文本為準。
《交易規則》相關的一切知識產權歸北鐵中心所有，任何法人、其他組織或個人未經北鐵中心書面授權，不得復制、轉載、傳播或為商業用途以任何方式使用《交易規則》。

Dear Members,
Regulations on Iron Ore Spot Trading of Beijing Iron Ore Trading Center (Trial Implementation) and relevant regulations (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Trading Regulations”, details of which are available in List of Iron Ore Spot Trading Regulation Document of Beijing Iron Ore Trading Center) have been promulgated. Members may peruse the Trading Regulations on the website (m.hldby.com.cn) of Beijing Iron Ore Trading Center (hereinafter referred to as “COREX”). Trading Regulations take effective from March 1st, 2015.
Members and their employees conducting iron ore spot trading in COREX shall comply with the relevant Chinese laws, regulations, rules and the Trading Regulations. The Trading Regulations have Chinese and English versions, and both two versions are equally authentic. If there is any discrepancy between the two versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
All the intellectual rights related to the Trading Regulations belong to COREX and, without the written authorization of COREX, any entity or person shall not copy, reprint, distribute or in any way commercially utilize the Trading Regulations.
